Refund policy

For digital products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

No Returns on Physical Products: For paperbacks or other physical products, and gift cards, unfortunately because everything is printed on-demand when you order it, there are no returns on physical products. 

For UK and EU residents: Please note that our print-on-demand books are custom-made specifically for your order and are therefore considered personalized products. Under both the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy. As a result, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for print-on-demand books unless the product is faulty or does not match the description provided. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
If a refund is warranted due to a misprint or other fault of ours, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
